Posting requirements and offers
We only provide a platform and do not guarantee transaction outcomes.
You must be legally capable of entering a contract
Minors may use under guardian supervision
You must comply with all applicable laws
Payments (if applicable) are processed via third-party gateways
Supported methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
Riceexporter is not responsible for payment gateway issues
No refunds policy unless explicitly stated
Users are responsible for content they post.
We do not verify accuracy of listings.
Prohibited content includes:
False/misleading listings
Offensive or illegal material
We reserve the right to:
Remove content
Suspend accounts
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account confidentiality
Use the platform legally
You must NOT:
Post fake or misleading rice listings
Use bots/scraping tools
Attempt unauthorized access
Post harmful, abusive, or illegal content
All platform content (logo, design, branding) belongs to Riceexporter.
You may not copy or reuse without permission.
You agree to indemnify Riceexporter against any:
Legal claims
Damages
Losses
arising from your use or misuse of the platform.
Riceexporter is not liable for:
Transaction disputes between users
Loss of profits or business
Incorrect listings or fraud
Technical issues or downtime
Use the platform at your own risk.
We may:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove access without notice
If:
Terms are violated
False information is provided
Activity harms platform/users
By using Riceexporter, you consent to receive:
Calls
Emails
SMS notifications

We are not liable for failures caused by:
Natural disasters
Technical failures
